Case Studies
Here are a few selected projects that showcase my work in research and design. Each one reflects how I approach creating clear, inclusive, and impactful user experiences.

Designing Education Access: Creating supportive and motivating learning for rehabilitation.
I collaborated with teammates and subject matter experts to clarify goals and constraints. By studying popular platforms and testing with proxy users, we identified core needs around clarity, motivation, and accessibility. These insights shaped personas, product flows, and iterative prototypes, culminating in a high-fidelity course experience design.

Revamping Case Tracking: Reducing user frustration and increasing transparency
I led research and design on a federal case tracking system, using user interviews, participatory workshops, and usability testing to reduce frustration. The final hybrid solution clarified timelines, increased transparency, and improved user trust in the process.

Enhancing Acquisition Resources: Improving clarity and engagement in content libraries.
Working in an Agile environment, I redesigned content libraries and blogs for a federal acquisitions site. Through stakeholder workshops, competitive analysis, and design system audits, I improved content clarity, accessibility, and engagement while aligning with US Web Design Standards.
